Freshbit allows you to keep track of your calorie, carb, and macro intake every day! Whether you want to maintain your weight, lose weight, build muscle, or doing a keto diet, you need our app to help you stay on track. We will also calculate your proposed calorie intake based on your activities, weight, gender, and goal. Then you can compare what you have eaten against your daily goal. Very simple but powerful. 1. What’s your goal? Is it to maintain your health, weight loss, muscle gain, or keto diet?
2. Your activity level, do you exercise lightly or routinely?
3. Enter your Height and weight
4. Provide your Gender and Age information
5. Enter your name and email address.
6. Pick a username and password
7. Enter your verification code that we sent to your email address.
How to Use Logbook:
1. Log food using Search, My Food, or Favorites.
2. Add the amount of food you eat.
3. View Daily Report consist of your Calorie intake compared to your goals.
4. View the nutrition that you need. Have you eaten enough for the important nutrients today?
You can change your Dietary Goals, Calorie counter notification, etc on Settings. Our tracker is CUSTOMIZABLE! Customize if you want to have lower sodium, sugar, cholesterol, trans fat, and saturated fat.
